Product warranty

  • FUNCT’s entire range of products comes with a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The applicant must bear the return shipping fee for the warranty.
  • If your product has been discontinued or cannot be placed in stock, we will provide a replacement product of equal value.
  • Exclusions and Limitations
      1. NON-TRANSFERABLE: This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the FUNCT product
      2. Exceptions (not in compliance with warranty application scope):
      • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or other normal aging of FUNCT products
      • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and rub marks, unless failure occurs due to defects in materials or workmanship
      • Water-repellent properties, the waterproof coating on the fabric will weaken over time
      • Defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes
      • Defects caused by FUNCT products not being used for their intended purpose
      • Damage or defects caused by altering or modifying in any way FUNCT products or any services provided by anyone other than the original FUNCT manufacturer
      • Any FUNCT product not purchased from FUNCT or one of its authorized dealers
